Cleaning of Raw Materials

Every batch of raw materials is different. With our modern cleaning line, we remove insect residues, twigs, stones, glass, soil and other unwanted contaminants. The cleaning process is tailored to the product, the level of contamination and the required purity.

Our cleaning line consists of three stations that can be used together or separately. Using sieving and air separation, X-ray technology and metal detection, we remove different types of contaminants to achieve the highest possible product purity.

• Sieving & Air Separation
  The product is sieved, after which air flows separate lighter contaminants from the product.
• X-ray
  X-ray technology detects unwanted contaminants and removes them from the product flow.
• Metal Detection
  As a final control step, the product is checked for the presence of metal particles.

After cleaning, the product can be filled directly into big bags or sacks. The sacks are automatically packed and stacked on pallets, after which the batch is ready for storage or further transport.
